Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

How to delete a Service Level Agreement record
You can delete a Service Level Agreement record but you should make sure that it is not related to other Service Level Management records that are actively tracking related metrics.

From the main menu, select Plan > Service Level.

Select the required type of agreement:
- Service Agreements
- Support Agreements.
- Human Resource Agreements

Select the Service Level Agreement record that you want to delete.
To filter the record list, click the Add filter button. For more information, see Filters.

Click Delete on the toolbar. Service Management displays a confirmation message.

Click OK to confirm the deletion.
