How to deal with an unscheduled change

You can deal with an unscheduled change in the Change Calendar: Build > Change > Calendar.

In the left panel of the Change Calendar, Service Management displays an unscheduled change with a clock icon.

  1. Click the clock icon.

  2. Complete the Specify change duration in hours.

  3. Click Suggest next available window. Service Management moves the change to the next available maintenance window.

  4. Click Save icon Save to accept the suggested schedule.

    Alternatively, you may drag and drop the change representation to a more suitable time, and then click Save icon Save.
