Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

How to add a transition in a process
The following task describes how to add a transition within a process in Studio:

If you have development and production tenants, all configuration changes must be made on the development tenant. For more information about synchronizing the tenants, see Dev2Prod - How to synchronize your development and production tenants.

In the main menu, select Administration > Configuration > Studio.

Select the record type from the drop-down box at the top of the screen and select the Processes and Rules tab.

Select a phase in the process and click the Add transition icon . Alternatively, select a phase in the tree on the left, click Edit and click the Add transition icon .

In the Add transition dialog box, select the phases between which the transition will connect and the direction of the transition.
Note There can be only one transition in the same direction between any two phases.

Click OK.

Alternatively, you can select a transition and click the Duplicate transition icon . In the Duplicate Transition dialog box, perform the same steps as above.

Select the Properties tab for the new transition and set the transition type as either automatic or manual.
- For automatic transitions, enter the condition in the Expression language. For more information, see Expression Language.
- For manual transitions, enter the Action caption and select the Primary action check box if relevant. The primary actions are sorted first in the drop-down list of available manual transitions.

Click Save to save your changes.
Note You cannot add transitions in a process while in Comparison mode. You must switch to Standard mode to add the transitions.
