Note

  • When duplicating an analytic or survey report, the new report is defined as active by default, even if the original report is inactive.
  • When duplicating a public report, the duplicated report is private.
Export Click Export to export the grid report to a CSV file.

  • Analytic to operational. The report is no longer counted toward the quota.

If the requested change cannot be executed due to the selected report properties, an error message displays the relevant properties. Edit the properties and click Change type again.

Note This option is not relevant for survey reports or operational raw data reports.

  • If the source data for the selected bar or slice of a chart or grid row is greater than 4,000 rows of data, you cannot drill down to it.
  • Drill down is not available for reports based on articles, models, or Service Level targets.
  • In an analytic report, if the report is grouped by a time field by hour, you cannot drill down to the source data.
  • In an analytic report, if the report is grouped by a time field, you cannot drill down to the source data for the section representing a null value.
<Legend>

In Chart reports, the report legend displays a colored square for each item in the chart grouping.

You can dynamically modify the chart by clicking the squares to remove or replace the items in the chart.

Note The legend is hidden for charts with more than 20 groups.
