Upgrade

If OpsCx for CA APM is already installed on your system, you can directly upgrade it by stopping the current integration process and performing the installation procedure described in the Installing OpsCx for CA APM topic.

Limitations

  • OpsCx for CA APM must be reconfigured after upgrading the version.
  • Operations Connector for Policies should also be updated.
Always back up the old configuration before upgrading the connector.

Upgrade the OpsCx for CA APM

To upgrade, perform the following steps:

  1. Stop the genint.exe process.
  2. Follow the installation procedure as described in the Installing OpsCx for CA APM topic.
  3. After the files are replaced, reconfigure the connector.
  4. Update the BMSC Policies.
  5. Start the integration.
