Deactivating Policies from Operations Connector

At the beginning of the product removal process, deactivate the policies that you imported into Operations Connector during configuration of OpsCx for CA APM. Perform the following steps:

  1. Log on to the Operations Connector web interface.
  2. For each CA APM entity (events, topology, and metrics) that was integrated into OMi, deactivate the respective policy and remove it from Operations Connector.
