Uninstall

Uninstall or removal of OpsCx for CA APM consists of several tasks. Complete them in the following order (depending on your setup):

  1. Deactivate the policies for CA APM events, topology, and metrics, and remove them from Operations Connector. See Deactivating Policies from Operations Connector topic.
  2. Uninstall the main part of OpsCx for CA APM from the Operations Connector host. See Uninstalling OpsCx for CA APM topic.
  3. Manually remove the remnants. See Removing Remnant Directories and Files topic.
