Back up category data

User Role: Administrator

To enable scheduled backup, follow these steps:

  1. Click System Administration > Ongoing Maintenance > Smart Analytics > Smart Ticket > More > Tailoring.
  2. Specify a folder to store daily backups in the Category backup folder field. For example, c:/backupFolder.

  3. Click Save and OK.
  4. Select a task in the Current Configuration List, and then perform either training or tuning. The system automatically creates a zipped backup file for the category server. See the following screenshot as an example:
