Configure user assess to stop phrases for Hot Topic Analytics

A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Hot Topic Analytics provides many out-of-the-box stop words. Only the authorized Smart Analytics users can add some stop phrases to an analysis by using the Add Stop Phrase button on a Hot Topic Analytics form.

Follow these steps to configure users' assess to stop words:

Click Tailoring > Script Library.

Type IDOL_Help in the Name field, and then click Search.

Locate the canAddStopWords function.

Configure a proper capability word in the line. For example, return system.functions.index("SysAdmin", vars['$lo.ucapex'])>0;.

The default configuration is SysAdmin.

Click Save and OK.
