A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

How to Federate Data with SCCM/SMS

The following steps describe how to define the CI types that will be federated with SCCM/SMS.

In UCMDB, navigate to Data Flow Management > Integration Studio.
Select the integration point that you defined in Define the SMS integration.
Click the Federation tab. The panel shows the CI types that are supported by the SMS adapter.
Select the CI types and attributes that you want to federate.
Click Save.
Note
- CI types that populate UCMDB should not be selected for federation. Specifically, avoid federating node, IP address, interface, location, and Layer2, which populate UCMDB out-of-the-box.
- Other CI types can be used in federation only after the node data has been replicated to CMDB by the hostDataImport query. This is because the default reconciliation rule is based on node identification.
