How to create a project from a proposal

  1. From the main menu, select Plan > Idea & Proposal > Proposals. Service Management displays a list of proposals.

  2. Select the proposal that you want to use as the basis for a project.

    To filter the record list, click the Add filter  button. For more information, see Filters.

    Note You can only create projects for proposals that are in Review phase.

  3. Click the proposal identifier in the Id column to display the selected record, or click Edit in the proposal preview panel.
  4. From the drop-down list in the Review decision field, select Create a project.
  5. Enter feedback in the Review feedback field.
  6. Click Save when you are finished.

  7. Click Create project in the menu bar.
  8. Follow the instructions in How to create a project.
