Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Product Processes and Services
Before you start inspecting the OpsCx for SAP Solution Manager log files, check which of the product's services are started and how many of their core processes are running.
The core process of each of the two OpsCx for SAP Solution Manager integration services is genintd. The following example excerpt taken from the operating system process table shows two running genintd processes, indicating that collection of two kinds of SAP Solution Manager entities is currently taking place.

On the other hand, the event and topology integration services use different names from which their purpose is apparent. The following example excerpt taken from the ovc -status command output indicates that both integration services are running:
