Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Editing or deleting a rule exception
You can edit an exception in one of two ways:
- Double-click the exception to modify the reason for the exception, the ticket ID, and the exception expiration date
- Click the Update to edit a rule (overwrite the existing rule).
To edit an exception:
- Open an Audit window.
- In the Views pane, select the Exception icon.
- In the content pane, double-click an exception.
- In the Edit Exception window, you can edit any of the exceptions and servers or device groups they are assigned to. When you have edited the exception, click Update.
- If you want to completely change the rule, click Add and then in the Add Exception window, change the rule by selecting target server and one or more rules. When you are finished, click Add to change the exception.
To delete an exception:
- Open an Audit window.
- In the audit view pane on the left, select the Exception icon.
- In the contents pane, select the exception you want to select, and then click Delete.
