A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Policy: Compliance status for a policy is based on all of the rules in the policy. If one of the rules in a policy is Non-Compliant (does not match the actual configuration on the managed server), the entire policy is considered Non-Compliant for a server.

Server and multiple servers: Compliance status for a server is based on all of the policies attached to the server or that define the server as a target. If any one of the compliance categories has a compliance status of Non-Compliant, the server’s overall compliance status is also considered Non-Compliant. All of the policies in all of the compliance categories must be Compliant for the server’s overall compliance status to be Compliant.
