A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Accessing an application

You can access applications from the System Navigator. You can expand nodes in the System Navigator to see all available applications and tasks at the same time. You can create favorites that make any part of HPE Service Manager, or a frequently used query, accessible with a single click. The System Navigator can remain visible while you work in any application, which enables quick transitions to other tasks and forms.

To use a particular application, click the name of the application. For example, click Service Desk > Create New Interaction to open the New Interaction form and add information.
