A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Incident Management summary link records

Summary links associate fields in one file or form with other records and other files. For example, there is a special link record, build.problem.summary2, used to copy information from the problem record in the rootcause table to the incident record in the probsummary table whenever the appropriate problem record is updated. This link record uses the $pfile variable in place of the normal $File variable when building expressions. It processes expressions after copying the fields rather than before as in normal link processing.

The Fill and Find functions also use summary links.
