A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

External programs manipulate the eventout records.

Expired events

Processed records in the eventout table do not contain an expiration date. Normally, Event Services deletes events from the eventout table after processing unless an error occurs. You can manipulate a flag in the external IPAS or SCAutomate software to cause record deletion after a read operation; however, because multiple SCAutomate processes can read the same record, it is not always feasible to delete the record after each read operation. HPE recommends that you use scheduled HPE Service Manager purge/archive routines to clean up the eventout table on a regular basis.
