Search for	Example	Results
A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

User Role: Administrator

To enable scheduled backup, follow these steps:

Click System Administration > Ongoing Maintenance > Smart Analytics > Smart Search > More > Tailoring.

Type a daily backup time in the Connector daily backup time field. For example, 12:00.

Specify a backup folder in the Connector daily backup folder field. For example, C:\\BackupFolder.

Note You must have the read-and-write permission to the specified connector data backup folder. On Linux system, we recommend that this data backup folder is in the same level as the IDOL installation directory.

Click Save and OK.

After you enable scheduled backup, the system automatically creates a series of zipped backup files for the connectors. See the following screenshot as an example:
