Search for	Example	Results
A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

To restore connector data during a disaster recovery process, follow these steps:

Stop the KMUpdate scheduler.

Clear the corrupted data on the crashed connector server.

SharePoint Connector, HTTP Connector, File System Connector, and Oracle Connector (for Service Manager 9.60 and later):

Open the crashed connector folder (for example, <Smart Analytics Installation>/SharepointRemoteConnector), and then remove all folders except the acidlls folder. In addition, remove the *.db files. See the following screenshot as an example for SharePoint connector:
OmniGroupServer:

Open the crashed OmniGroupServer folder, and then remove all folders. See the following screenshot as an example:

Start the crashed connector server in Windows services. For example, SM Smart Analytics SharePoint Connector.

From the System Navigator, click System Administration > Ongoing Maintenance > Smart Analytics > Configuration.

Click More > Restore Smart Analytics Data.

Click Add and Start Task to open the Add a New Restore Task wizard. You need to provide the following information:

Field	Description
Task name	Specify a name for the restore task.
Endpoint	Specify the corresponding connector’ URL. For example, http://abc.softwarelab.net/. Note that this URL must end with a slash (/). Tip You can check this URL in Smart Search Configuration > Connector Configuration.
Port	Specify the port number of the crashed content server. Tip You can check the port number in Smart Search Configuration > Connector Configuration as well.
Restore File Name	Specify the name and path of the latest restored file. For example, C:\ 20180708T190041_16.188.188.123_5678.zip.
Task Type	Select Restore Connector from the drop-down list.
