Searching the Help

To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.

Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

How to Retrieve the Current LW-SSO Configuration in a Distributed Environment

When UCMDB is embedded in a distributed environment, for example, in a BSM deployment, perform the following procedure to retrieve the current LW-SSO configuration on the processing machine.

To retrieve the current LW-SSO configuration:

Launch a Web browser and enter the following address: https://localhost:8443/jmx-console.

You may be asked for a user name and password.
Locate UCMDB:service=Security Services and click the link to open the Operations page.
Locate the retrieveLWSSOConfiguration operation.
Click Invoke to retrieve the configuration.
