Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Installing OpsCx for Microsoft SCOM
To obtain and install OpsCx for Microsoft SCOM 3.02, perform the following steps:

From the Marketplace web site, download the OpsCx for Microsoft SCOM product installation package (product image archive).

Store the product image archive at a temporary location on the OpsCx for Microsoft SCOM host.

Check if there are Operations Connector complements for other systems management applications already installed on the Operations Connector host. If such complements are present, stop their data collection (integration) services. For instructions, see the corresponding documentation.
OpsCx for Microsoft SCOM may include a newer version of GenInt from the already installed Operations Connector complements. In this case, the installed GenInt is upgraded. GenInt is backward compatible.

Install OpsCx for Microsoft SCOM on the Operations Connector host as follows:

Launch Windows Explorer and locally unpack the product image archive
ProductImage-HPBsmIntScom-<Version>-Win5.2_64-release.zip
. -
To start Software Installer, change the current directory to
ProductImage-HPBsmIntScom-<Version>-Win5.2_64-release
and double-click the following file:HPBsmIntScom_<Version>_setup.exe

To start the installation, follow the instructions displayed by Software Installer. If all prerequisite checks pass, click Install.

To close Software Installer, click Done after the installation completes.

If there are Operations Connector complements for other third-party system management applications already installed on the Operations Connector host, start the integration services of these complements again.
