Issue with setting ipv6Autoconfig

For Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 8.1, setting ipv6Autoconfig to false has effect only if the Personalize Network Settings of Installed Systems step is not followed by a reboot. Otherwise, the IPv6 DHCP configuration will still be present.

After reboot, Windows will recreate the active routes even if the Personalize Network Settings of Installed Systems step has disabled a stack.

IPv6 link local scope addresses (FE80::/10) are not valid and the Personalize Network Settingsof Installed System script will not set that type of IP Address if provided in staticNetworks configuration field.
