This release includes an enhanced Content Pack for the integration with Cloud Server Automation (CSA), including a new billing details report (Showback Details for Cloud Services) that shows the option level cost and property level cost, as well as a the capability to get component data from the customized CSA service designer for the Amazon Web Service (AWS) Resource Provider.

This intensive hands-on workshop will take students through the essential steps of learning to install IT Business Analytics (ITBA), as well as to upgrade to the new release and to migrate from the previous release. After understanding the architecture of ITBA and learning about the Admin capabilities and the utility tools to manage and administer the product, students will learn how to perform integrations with other products via out-of-the-box Content Packs, to obtain out-of-the box KPIs, Metrics, Breakdowns, and Dashboard pages. Finally, students will learn how to customize KPIs and Metrics, create Dashboard pages, and create new Content Packs using the IDE and DCS, as well as Content Acceleration Packs (CAPs).
