You can print a visualization diagram from the Configuration Management, Change Management, or Incident Management modules.

To print a visualization diagram, follow these steps:

  1. Launch configuration item (CI) visualization from Configuration Management, Change Management, or Incident Management. The following steps take Configuration Management as an example:
    1. Click Configuration Management > Resources > Search CIs.
    2. Use search or advanced search to find one or more records. If you know the name of the CI or any other identifying information, type that information into the form.
    3. Open the Relationship Graph section. The visualization diagram opens and displays the CI and all the first-level relationships and CIs. You can expand a node to see additional levels of CIs and relationships.
    4. To expand the graph to the entire size of the form, click More or the More Actions icon, and then select Expand CI Visualization.
  2. Click the Print Preview icon, and complete the following steps:
    1. Select the magnification level of the diagram.

    2. Click Options to select the number of rows and columns to print.
    3. Select or clear the Add Poster Coords option to display or hide the coordinates.
    4. From the Clip Area menu, select Graph or View for the print type.
    5. Click the Title tab.
    6. In the Text field, type the text you want to appear as the title on the printed diagram. You can optionally select the title bar color, text color, and font size for the printed title. The default font size is 12.
