Edit a Service Model

1. In the Service Modeling dashboard, open an existing service model.
2. Click . The Service Properties widget opens.
3. Click EDIT MODE.

4. Change one or more of the following properties:

   1. Business Criticality
   2. Owner
   3. Location
   4. Deploy Type
   5. Description
   6. Stakeholders

   7. Name

      Note In the Name field, type in a new name for the service model. Renaming a model changes the name of:

      • The CI that was created when the model was created.
      • The view in UCMDB with the same name.
      • The associated discovery activity.
5. Click Save changes.
