A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Edit an event using pmtapi

Click Tailoring > Database Manager.
Type pmtapi in the Table field.
Click Search.
Type a name of a pmtapi record. For example, type ReceiveInteraction.
Click Search.

The requested record opens.
Add or delete field names.

These names must match fields listed in the database dictionary record of the file that the event is used.
Select the data type of the field from the drop-down list.

This data type must match the data type of the field in the database dictionary record.
Create the parameter for the field passed to the external application by the event.
Click Save.
