A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Setting up an SAP User for the BSM Integration

To allow the BSM integration to access the SAP Solution Manager system, you must provide it with an SAP logon entry. For each SAP Solution Manager system that you want to integrate into the OMi environment, follow these steps:

Log on to the SAP Solution Manager system.
Enter SU01 as the transaction code.
Create a new user (for example, BSMC_SOLMAN) and make sure that the user role is set to /HPOV/BSMC_FOR_SAP_SOLMAN.
Enter PFCG as the transaction code, and then check the user comparison.
