A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

JavaMail

JavaMail provides a monitor to handle HPE Service Manager e-mail events. This monitor connects HPE Service Manager into standard e-mail facilities and allows HPE Service Manager operators and applications to send HTML emails. Any mail system that supports Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) or has an SMTP gateway or bridge can receive e-mail from JavaMail.

Note Only messages enclosed within HTML tags can be sent out as HTML emails, otherwise messages are sent as plain text.
