Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) with the Web client

You can integrate the Web client with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) applications to automate the creation of interactions. To support CTI, each Web client computer system must have a Java Run-time Environment (JRE) installed and do a one-time download of the CTI support code. The download will start automatically the first time you connect, appending ?telephonyuser=1 to the URL. You must be logged in with administrative privileges to do the download. (This is not necessary on subsequent connections.)
