Incident data model: Status

HPE Service Manager tracks the status of an Incident in the Status field. Service Manager provides the following out-of-box status codes, other codes can be easily added to meet customer requirements.

  • Open

  • Accepted

  • Rejected

  • Work in Progress

  • Pending Customer

  • Pending Vendor/Supplier

  • Pending Change

  • Closed

  • Pending Other

  • Referred

  • Resolved
