Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Schedule intervals
Applies to User Roles:
System Administrator
To schedule intervals:
- Click System Administration > Base System Configuration > Scheduled Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance Tasks.
- Click Search to run a query of Scheduled Maintenance tasks. Scheduled Maintenance displays a record list of Scheduled Maintenance tasks.
- Double-click the selected task.
- Select the interval option you want to use:
- Regular repeat interval
- Click Regularly.
- Choose the date and time for the first occurrence in the Every field.
- Weekly repeat interval
- Click Weekly.
- Select the day of the week from the Every drop-down list.
- Monthly repeat interval
- Date in the month
- Click Monthly.
- Select a date from the Every drop-down list.
- Week and day of the month
- Click Monthly.
- Select a week of the month from the Every drop-down list.
- Select a day of the week from the second drop-down list.
- Date in the month
- Annual repeat interval
- Date in the year
- Click Annually.
- Select the sequential day of the year from the Every drop-down list.
- Month and day of the year
- Click Annually.
- Select a month from the Every drop-down list.
- Select a date from the second drop-down list.
- Date in the year
- Arbitrary schedule
- Click On an Arbitrary Schedule.
- Click a row in the Recurrence Schedule: table. Choose a date and time. You can repeat this step for each scheduled occurrence.
