A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Event Services provides standard applications to:

Open, update, and close HPE Service Manager incidents
Open, update, and close HPE Service Manager calls
Add, update, and delete Configuration Items
Open, update, approve, and close changes

Standard applications are available within HPE Service Manager to generate outbound information, such as e-mails. Standard applications come with out-of-box forms, or you can tailor both forms and operations to meet your needs. You can also modify Event Services to perform any HPE Service Manager operation on any HPE Service Manager table.
