Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Determine the number of named users available
Applies to User Roles:

You must have access to the HPE Service Manager server to perform this procedure.
To determine the number of named users available, follow these steps:
- Open a Windows command prompt window.
- Change directories to the RUN folder of your Service Manager installation.

Type the following command:
sm -reportlic
- Press Enter.
Service Manager displays a report of your licensed features and your current usage. The Named Users field lists the number of named users that are active and inactive on your system.
