A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Run a standard configuration report

HPE Service Manager provides a number of standard configuration reports that you can run periodically or as requested. These standard out-of-box reports include:

Contact Name Directory
Devices by Service Provider
Devices by Location
Devices by Name
Device Trace
Locations
Model Information
Service Providers
Software Information

To run a standard configuration report, follow these steps:

Click Configuration Management > Configuration Management Reports.
Double-click the report type that you want to run.
In the Run Report Exerciser form, revise any of the fields as necessary.
Click Run.
