A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

System Administrator

By default, HPE Service Manager uses the problem background process to manage all message traffic. If your message queue grows too large, you can add additional message processors to handle the message load.

To add additional message processors, follow these steps:

Create a message processor agent record.
Add the message processors to the System Wide Company record.
Start the message processor processes.

Tip You can also add your message processors to the startup agent record to have Service Manager automatically start them.
