Remove Participants

Participants can be removed from conversations if they no longer need to contribute. Participants can remove themselves or the other participants. When being removed, participants will not receive any incoming message notifications through HPE Service Manager Collaboration.

To remove participants, follow these steps:

  1. Click Add Participant to display the participants list.
  2. Select the person in the participant list, and then click the Remove button.

  3. The system prompts you to confirm the operation, click OK.
