Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Close a change task
After a task is complete, the person listed in the Assignee field of the task record can close the task.
To close a task, follow these steps:
- Click Change Management > Tasks > Task Queue. The Change Task queue opens.

Choose one of the following task queues from the View list:
- All Open Change Tasks
- Open Change Tasks Assigned to Me
- Change Management displays the selected task queue. Click the task record you want to close to view its detail.
- Click Close Task.
- Enter the Actual Start and Actual End dates.
- Select the appropriate Closure Code.
- Add any relevant comments in the Closure Comments field.
- Click OK.
