Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Research overall results
- Click Service Level Management > Metrics > Overall Metrics.
- Add optional search criteria, and then click Search to generate a list of all SLM monthly aggregate records.
- Select a target record.
- To view service metrics:
- Click Service Target to display the parent Outage Detail record.
- Click View Outage Events to display the parent Outage Event record.
- Click View Record to view the parent request for a change record.
- To view process Metrics:
- Click View Process Target Details to display the parent SLT process record.
- Click View Details to display the parent service agreement Time Activity record.
