Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

View Change Assessment in Change Management
To view Change Assessment for existing changes, follow these steps:
- Log on to HPE Service Manager web client.
- Click Change Management > Changes > Search Changes.
- Click Search. A list of change records opens.
- Select a record to view its details.

Locate and click Change Assessment. You can view the assessment details.
Note To view the contents in the Change Assessment section:
- The change should be recorded in the Release Control Calendar.
- You may need to wait for a while until Service Manager and Release Control finish synchronizing the data.
