A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Edit an Incident Management profile

Applies to User Roles:

Administrator

You can edit Incident Management profiles to update the security rights or other parameters that help determine capabilities for an operator with the assigned profile. Profiles are useful in quickly updating operator capabilities when there is a change in the operational procedures for a group of operators.

To edit and Incident Management profile:

Click System Administration > Ongoing Maintenance > Profiles > Incident Management Profiles.
Enter the search criteria and then click Search to display a list of profiles.
Click the Name of the profile you want to update.
Update the applicable settings.
Click Save.
Click OK.
