Adding or editing Problem Management profile records

If you want to change the profile settings for a user, you can add a new profile or edit the existing profile.

Problem Management profile records have separate tabs and settings to support problem, task, and known error records. Enabling privileges for one type of record does not enable the same privilege for the other records. The administrator must set profile privileges separately for each record type.

If you select Lock on Display for a user profile, the second user to display a record in use has read-only access.
