Searching the Help

To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.

Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Develop > Tailoring > Data management > Cascade Updates > Create a Cascade Delete

Create a Cascade Delete

To set up a Cascade Delete between two related tables (for example probsummary and problem):

Open the erddef table using Database Manager.
Select or create the erddef record that defines the relationship between the two tables.
Select the Cascade Delete option.
Save and Exit.

Alternatively, you can use the Cascade Update tool and follow the instructions in that tool to set up the Cascade Deletes there.
