Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

View Approval Details
Concepts
The Approval Details view displays information about the selected approval. Typical content includes:
- General information including the order name, cost, status, date the order was made, who submitted the order, and more
- Approval Details area including the number of users who have approved and denied the request, as well as the number of pending approvals.
- Order Information area including the order name and purpose of the order
Note If you are an approver of this request and have not yet approved nor denied the request, Approve Request and Deny Request buttons will be displayed to allow you complete the request.
Tasks
View Approval Details:

Select Approvals from the avatar drop-down menu in the Service Manager Service Portal. The Approval List view displays.
By default, open approvals are displayed by date, with the newest request listed first.
Note If you are an approver of requests, all requests that require your approval are displayed.

Scroll up or down the list to browse approval requests. Sort or filter the list as described in Approvals
- Select an approval you are interested in to display the Approval Details view.
Approve or Deny a Request
If you are an approver of the displayed request and have not yet approved nor denied the request, Approve Request and Deny Request buttons will be displayed in the Approval Details view to allow you complete the request.
