Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

View My Surveys
To view your surveys in Service Manager Service Portal, follow these steps:

Click the Surveys tile in the Service Manager Service Portal Launchpad.
The survey list page opens. Your open surveys, closed surveys, and all surveys are listed on this page.

Scroll up and down to view your surveys.
Note If there are too many surveys to be displayed in one page, the system keeps loading more surveys when you scroll down.

To view the details of a survey, open that survey from the list.
In addition to the survey content, the survey details form contains the following information:
- Reference ID: This is the ID of the reference record. This is the Service Manager record from which the survey was sent. For example, SD10007.
- Title: This is the survey title, which was copied from the reference record.
- Survey Date: This is the date and time when the survey was created.
- Support Record ID: This is the ID of the interaction record created in Service Manager if you selected to register a complaint or compliment when submitting the survey.
- To sort your surveys, click Newest or Oldest at the upper right corner.

To search for a specific survey, do the following:
- In the search box at the top of the page, enter the reference ID of the survey.
- Click the search button.
