Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Copy an existing workflow

You can clone an existing workflow to use it in another business process or if you need to make changes to a Micro Focus Proprietary workflow. You also have an option to copy the rule sets of the existing workflow.
To copy an existing workflow, follow these steps:
- Click Tailoring > Process Designer > Copy Existing Workflow.
- In the Clone a Workflow form, select the workflow that you want to copy.
- Type a new workflow name.
- Click Copy rule sets check box if you want to copy rule sets.
- Type a rule set prefix.
- Click Next.
- Click Workflows . The newly-copied workflow is displayed.
