Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Copy an existing workflow
You can use copies of the existing workflows in another business process, or make changes to the Micro Focus proprietary workflow copies.
To copy an existing workflow, follow the steps below:
- From the System Navigator, click Tailoring > Process Designer > Copy Existing Workflow.
- On the Clone a Workflow page, select the workflow you want to copy. For example, Problem.

Type
SMQCIntPbM
in the New workflow name field. - Select the Copy rule sets check box if you want to copy rule sets, and then type a rule set prefix.
- Click OK.
The newly copied workflow appears in the list on the Clone a Workflow page.
