A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Unload

The native Service Management export format that stores the database dictionary definition of Service Manager tables in addition to its records.
The process of exporting Service Management records to an external unload file. You can use unload files to archive data and to move data from one Service Management installation to another. You can unload an individual record or a list of records (using mass unload). You can also create an unload script to specify a list of files and queries to select the records unloaded.
