Unload

  1. The native Service Management export format that stores the database dictionary definition of Service Manager tables in addition to its records.
  2. The process of exporting Service Management records to an external unload file. You can use unload files to archive data and to move data from one Service Management installation to another. You can unload an individual record or a list of records (using mass unload). You can also create an unload script to specify a list of files and queries to select the records unloaded.
