A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Clients

ITSMA Service Management includes the following two client interfaces:

A web client that runs in a web browser and accesses the Service Management server through a URL.
A Windows client that runs as an application on a Windows host and accesses the Service Management server through a client/server connection.

The following diagram illustrates how each type of client connects to the Service Management server.

Both clients provide end users access to the Service Management applications. The Windows client, however, offers additional functionality, such as the ability to create forms and access the database dictionary. The Windows client is intended for administrators and implementers.
