Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Integrations
You can extend the services available to your ITSMA Service Management installation by integrating to other products. Out-of-box, ITSMA Service Management allows you to integrate to the following products without needing any additional integration software:

You can also integrate data from other sources using tools such as HPE Connect-It, SCAuto, Web Services API, and Case Exchange. Contact HPE Customer support for information or instructions on integrating data from sources outside of ITSMA Service Management.
Note Plug-ins are deprecated as of Service Management 9.20 and are not be supported any more.
