Enable Case Exchange between two Service Manager systems

This section provides detailed instructions on how to set up the Case Exchange integration for the Incident Management module between two ITSMA Service Management systems.

Note Service Management must be 9.34 or higher.

Service Management provides two integration templates for the Case Exchange integration between two Service Management systems: CaseExchangeSM_SM_Pull and CaseExchangeSM_SM_Push. You can modify these template as necessary. To modify the integration template, follow the instructions in the ITSMA Service Management Integration Suite (SMIS) Developer Guide.
